Top Business Finance & Solutions Apps in Brazil: Q4 2020 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2020, Brazil's business finance and solutions sector saw considerable activity among the top applications. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers insights into how these apps performed in terms of downloads and weekly active users.

SumUp - Credit Card Reader experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, peaking at 51K in late November before dropping to 30K by the end of December. However, the app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, starting at 437K and reaching a high of 527K in the same late November period, eventually closing the quarter with 454K active users.

SumUp Bank also saw a notable peak in downloads at 40K towards the end of November, contrasting with a low of 11.5K at the end of December. Weekly active users for SumUp Bank increased steadily from 20K to a high of 58K in late November, before ending the quarter at 40K.

PayPal Business showed a consistent increase in downloads over the quarter, from 13.7K to 19K. The app's weekly active users grew from 52K to over 70K in the final week of December, indicating a strong end to the year.

ADP Mobile Solutions, despite having lower download numbers ranging from 2.2K to 4.7K, had a stable base of active users. Starting the quarter at 14K active users, the app saw a slight increase to a peak of 17K in late November, closing at 15K.

Lastly, Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store maintained steady download numbers, with a notable increase from 2.1K to 3.6K by the year's end. Active users showed a gradual increase from 21.6K to 26.8K over the quarter, suggesting growing engagement with the platform.
